The Bespoke Pilates Studio is the first of its kind in the area offering a fully equipped Pilates facility, we offer a full range of Courses and Classes to suit all levels. The Classes cover a range of activities, Mat Work, Core Challenge using small equipment, Reformer, Walking Pilates, Pilates Circuits and Rebounder.
Courses: Beginners Mat Work Course - £60 (5hr 30 min : Capacity: 8): The recommended starting point for any one new to Pilates. Designed to help you develop longer, leaner muscles, establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness, during this program, which contains one hour and a half Basic Principles class followed by 4 x one hour Essential Mat Work classes, you will learn the Five Basic Principles of Pilates.
Essential SPX Reformer Course - £90 (5hr 30 min : Capacity: 8): A program that incorporates a one and a half hour Basic Principle Reformer class followed by 4 x one hour Beginner SPX classes, reviewing the Five basic Principles of Pilates and introducing the most innovative piece of STOTT PILATES equipment – The SPX Reformer. Participants will get an energizing total body workout and learn about the SPX Reformer, its benefits, how to set it up and how it is used in a class format.
Postural Analysis - £20 Our posture is influenced by how we stand, sit, lift and by our occupation and activity levels. As a result of poor posture, certain muscles can become weaker and longer and others stronger and shorter causing injury and pain. The Postural Analysis Assessment is a half an hour, one-to-one assessment that will determiner current posture, body alignment, strength and flexibility. By identifying any weakness and/or imbalances in your body, we can prescribe exercise modifications that will further help reduce backache and pain, avoid injury and increase your well being and your body's ability to move with ease.
Classes: A more effective workout with a personal touch, unless otherwise stated, Mat Work based classes are 60 minutes in duration and have a maximum number of 8 participants per class. SPX Reformer based classes are 60 minutes in duration and have a maximum number of 8 participants.
Essential Mat Work To practice and perfect the Five Basic Principles of Pilates, or as a maintenance class for those who like to work at a slower pace. It is also suitable for individuals with injuries looking for a light workout.
Intermediate Mat Work For more challenge, this class will take you through a dynamic, full body workout focusing on improving flexibility and core strength, stretching and toning all muscle groups.
Advanced Mat Work Taking you through a dynamic, full-body workout at a challenging pace, you will focus on improving flexibility and core strength, stretching and toning all muscle groups. To ensure you are ready to progress to this level, you will be invited into this class following discussion and agreement with the Instructor.
Core Challenge For members at all levels who have graduated from the Essential Mat Work Course. These classes use small equipment and are designed to add variety and challenge. Modifications are included to accommodate certain weaknesses or to make an exercise more challenging:-

SPX Reformer Group Class Set at a moderate yet challenging pace, you will tone and lengthen muscles, strengthen the core whilst experiencing an invigorating total body workout. To ensure you are ready to progress to this level, you will be invited to partake in this class following discussion and agreement with the Instructor.
Walking Pilates Class Perfect for those looking to lose weight safely and effectively without putting any undue stress on the joints.
Pilates Circuits Class This class utlilises all the equipment in the Studio. This class will help to develop longer, leaner muscles plus giving you a cardio workout using the various Pilates equipment. From the Reformer to the Cadillac, the Ladder Barrel to the Rebounder, you will be stretching, toning and fat burning all in one class! You do not need prior experience to use the Studio equipment as each exercise will be demonstrated in advance.
Rebound Class A fun filled fat burning class. In session lengths of 30 mins this is a low impact class, so no stress on the joints. A great cardiovascular workout while you burn those calories and fat! An excellent compliment to a Mat or Reformer Class where you tone and work that core.
