Jon Hill Fitness, owned and founded by Jon Hill in 2006, is dedicated to helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals. With a focus on weight loss, nutrition, and overall fitness, Jon’s aim is to guide you towards being in the best shape possible. Using his advanced “InBody” machine, Jon can assess your body composition, providing insights from the inside out and helping you track your progress as you work towards your goals. Jon specialises in functional fitness programs that enhance your body’s performance for everyday life. Within these programs, you can expect activities like SPINNING®️, HIIT training, and body resistance training using equipment such as CrossCore®️, TRX®️, and ViPR®️.

I joined Bespoke Pilates 17 years ago after my osteopath recommended strengthening my core to improve my debilitating back pain.Basically, Cheralyn changed my life!From not being able to sit for more than 15 minutes at a time, and not even lift a kettle which was half full, I now train with weights, and I was on a flight for 32 hrs last year, and just a few stretches later, my body sprang back, with no stiffness, aching muscles, and best of all no pain!She is the best trainer I've ever had.With her expertise and knowledge of how the body works, she took away my fear of further injuring my back with exercise.Cheralyn truly cares for each individual. She modifies the exercises to suit your body, and keeps the classes challenging, somehow always knowing what our bodies need. We are made to focus on our form, which maximises the benefit to our body whilst avoiding injury.She helps us get through tough workouts with love and fun conversations, whilst consistently changing our routines to improve our workouts.Cheralyn has removed my pain, changing me from an individual who was always fearful of exercise and worsening pain, to one who is now pain free, and able to explore other areas of exercise such as spinning, gun ex, TRX, and even surfing!My deep core and overall strength have improved beyond measure.I am fitter now than I ever was in my youth, and I have the staff at Bespoke Pilates to thank for this transformation.The classes, both reformer and mat, are challenging, whether you are a beginner or advanced level. I live quite an active life (cycling, rock climbing, Ju-Jitsu, weight training, long rides on my motorbike amongst others!) and my girlfriend suggested I give Pilates a go. Participating in classes at Bespoke Pilates Studio has helped immeasurably. I believe I am stronger and more flexible and more importantly, the back aches have gone away.
I started Pilates just over a year ago , why didn’t I try this before, I feel great.I began with 1 class a week and quickly noticed a change . I now do 3 classes a week which have improved my flexibility and strength .The benefits are way above what I was expecting . Classes are also good fun, and you always feel included which is because of the brilliant instructor Cheralyn and the team at Bespoke Pilates .
