Jon Hill Fitness, owned and founded by Jon Hill in 2006, is dedicated to helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals. With a focus on weight loss, nutrition, and overall fitness, Jon’s aim is to guide you towards being in the best shape possible. Using his advanced “InBody” machine, Jon can assess your body composition, providing insights from the inside out and helping you track your progress as you work towards your goals. Ive been attending Pilates classes over 20 years with Cheralyn then joined Bespoke Pilates when it opened .I can honestly say I enjoy every minute, even if I have felt tired aching or down I always come away feeling better. I have also had classes with Jon which have also been excellent.Between them they run a very professional business that caters for everyone’s different needs and for all ages excercises always adapted to personal needs . All the ladies and gentlemen are really nice we all get on well it’s very sociable and we have good Christmas do every year !
The improved flexibility and body awareness that Pilates has given me, combined with the helpful staff and friendly atmosphere mean that for me Bespoke Pilates is more an holistic therapy than an exercise class.
I joined Bespoke Pilates almost 2 years ago after relocating to the area, having taken early retirement. I wanted to attend studio classes with others as solitary gym work was not for me.The studio made me feel very welcome from the outset and encouraged me to try a number of the different classes using the 30 day Newcomers' Package - an excellent introduction to their portfolio.Everyone is very friendly and there is a real sense of community.Cheralyn, the studio owner, is an amazing instructor; very experienced and professional whilst injecting fun and challenge into every class.Pilates has really increased my core strength and flexibility, which were lacking after years of office-based work, as well as improving my general well-being. The Booty Barre classes are great fun and the ballet derived movements really help to tone and build strength.I highly recommend the studio. You won’t look back.
