I started Pilates just over a year ago , why didn’t I try this before, I feel great.
I began with 1 class a week and quickly noticed a change . I now do 3 classes a week which have improved my flexibility and strength .
The benefits are way above what I was expecting . Classes are also good fun, and you always feel included which is because of the brilliant instructor Cheralyn and the team at Bespoke Pilates .
