Jon Hill Fitness, owned and founded by Jon Hill in 2006, is dedicated to helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals. With a focus on weight loss, nutrition, and overall fitness, Jon’s aim is to guide you towards being in the best shape possible. Using his advanced “InBody” machine, Jon can assess your body composition, providing insights from the inside out and helping you track your progress as you work towards your goals. Jon specialises in functional fitness programs that enhance your body’s performance for everyday life. Within these programs, you can expect activities like SPINNING®️, HIIT training, and body resistance training using equipment such as CrossCore®️, TRX®️, and ViPR®️.
Jon offers both half-hour and one-hour personal training sessions, providing flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Whether you prefer training at the studio or enjoying the fresh air outdoors, Jon can adapt to your preferences to ensure you have a fulfilling fitness experience.
I have been doing Pilates for a number of years, and going to classes at Bespoke since shortly after they opened. Pilates has made such a difference to me, my life and my ability to do my job, particularly when I can find the time to attend Bespoke regularly. Cheralyn, the Studio Owner, is one of the best Pilates Teachers I have come across, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I find it much more beneficial going to a dedicated Studio, rather than just to classes that were a part of something much bigger, as they are all fully focused on working hard to help you get the best out of your time there.
Training regularly with Jon and the team has enriched my life on so many levels. I would never have thought myself capable of keeping up such a healthy exercise regime. That’s because it’s far more than exercise. It’s fun, challenging, motivating, mentally healing, uplifting, satisfying, connecting and keeps my mind and body in check.

I started Pilates just over a year ago , why didn’t I try this before, I feel great.I began with 1 class a week and quickly noticed a change . I now do 3 classes a week which have improved my flexibility and strength .The benefits are way above what I was expecting . Classes are also good fun, and you always feel included which is because of the brilliant instructor Cheralyn and the team at Bespoke Pilates .
Benefits of monthly membership Keeps me focused, and motivated , and I can train as much as I want for a very reasonable price. Seeing the other team members regularly inspires me to keep going .
If on the odd occasion one of us needs a lift, the regular contact we have with Jon and the others really helps. After leaving the military I struggled to find a group that would be totally inclusive, non-judgemental and I found it .
