Jon Hill Fitness, owned and founded by Jon Hill in 2006, is dedicated to helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals. With a focus on weight loss, nutrition, and overall fitness, Jon’s aim is to guide you towards being in the best shape possible. Using his advanced “InBody” machine, Jon can assess your body composition, providing insights from the inside out and helping you track your progress as you work towards your goals. Jon specialises in functional fitness programs that enhance your body’s performance for everyday life. Within these programs, you can expect activities like SPINNING®️, HIIT training, and body resistance training using equipment such as CrossCore®️, TRX®️, and ViPR®️.
Jon offers both half-hour and one-hour personal training sessions, providing flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Whether you prefer training at the studio or enjoying the fresh air outdoors, Jon can adapt to your preferences to ensure you have a fulfilling fitness experience.
I thoroughly enjoy pilates, it has helped me to relax. It is the only exercise class I have kept up as I don't enjoy going to the gym. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's great!
After 2 children and 20 years of constant long haul flights for work, to say I was unfit was an understatement. Aeroplane and hotel food along with very little exercise took their toll. I’d tried gyms along the way but found it so completely boring and to be honest a chore that I would lose interest after a matter of weeks. I used to be a keen athlete but never imagined I would ever get close to those levels of fitness again . How wrong I was. After 12 months of training with Jon my life has completely transformed.

He is supportive, encouraging, motivating and totally committed to your individual fitness journey. I joined Bespoke Pilates almost 2 years ago after relocating to the area, having taken early retirement. I wanted to attend studio classes with others as solitary gym work was not for me.The studio made me feel very welcome from the outset and encouraged me to try a number of the different classes using the 30 day Newcomers' Package - an excellent introduction to their portfolio.Everyone is very friendly and there is a real sense of community.Cheralyn, the studio owner, is an amazing instructor; very experienced and professional whilst injecting fun and challenge into every class.Pilates has really increased my core strength and flexibility, which were lacking after years of office-based work, as well as improving my general well-being. The Booty Barre classes are great fun and the ballet derived movements really help to tone and build strength.I highly recommend the studio. You won’t look back.
I've been coming to the Bespoke Pilates Studio now for over a year and know that my weekly class has been of real benefit to my fitness and general well-being. The team are very friendly and very professional and have brought me gradually up to doing exercises that I would not have thought myself capable of doing just a few short months ago. Most importantly, the classes are small enough to make sure that everyone gets individual attention so they get the technique right and exercise both effectively and safely.
