Our beginner classes also described as essential level are a great place to learn the basic movements, breathing patterns and spinal stability of Pilates.

Working in a relaxed private environment, you will be coached through the 5 basic principles of Pilates and a series of exercises each session to build on your strength, endurance & flexibility. The class will consist of Matwork and Reformer to help you build your confidence to move on to the next level of group classes.
