Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. The class starts with a fairly intense warm up, followed by an upper body weights workout (depending what BB series we are on).
We then take to the Ballet barre to do exactly what it says on the tin
“ WORK THAT BOOTY” followed by an Ab section and stretch.
