Reformer Classes

Here at Bespoke Pilates Studio, we believe not one class suits all, so offer a wide range of different levels to suit everyone’s needs. Our essential/beginner matwork classes are a great place to learn the basic movements, breathing patterns and spinal stability of Pilates.

Using the STOTT PILATES® Reformer adds a whole new level of strength training to Pilates. Integral to the impact of the Reformer are the springs that provide support for difficult exercises and allowing muscles to be isolated and worked more deeply. This workout takes a holistic approach to the body and utilises big muscle groups to tone and define. All delivered in a fun friendly environment

Bootybarre

Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. The class starts with a fairly intense warm up, followed by a upper body weights workout ( depending what BB series we are on).
